To sell report, or reinspect for a different client

Question for y’all. I did an inspection on a house last week, now someone else wants me to inspect for them. Do I do a completely new inspection? Some one says just to sell them the other report cheaper. I don’t know. Selling the other report seems wrong to me, since the last clients paid for the inspection, even though they decided to not buy the home. Sage advice requested, please.

Yes, and smile all the way to the bank!

DO NOT sell the old report!..it is old and a lot of things can happen in one week.

Happy inspecting!

inspect it again, I do all the time, the original report belongs to the original client, it is not yours to sell

New inspection, always!
There are a long list of things that could have changed since last week… especially if the seller
moved-out (damaged walls/door), or painted (washed brushes in sink or poured paint into drains), or made corrections (by himself) to reported defects from the last inspection, ect. etc. etc…

New inspection is my thinking. Thank you
