Now just think how that would make you and the entire inspection profession look to your clients, agents and anyone else this guy (or any other spammer/data broker) spams with their garbage.

These types of vendors (and All that help promote them) do more damage to OUR profession than any good for our clients.

Just my opinion.

For anyone interested, we had a team member here put together a Growth Blueprint for inspectors as it seemed to be the most common questions or topic we ultimately got into. Read more and download at this link http://lead.homebinder.com/inspector-blueprint

There is a free trial at the end: http://lead.homebinder.com/inspector-blueprint

I was mildly interested in looking into it further until I realized that when you sign your clients up for it, they are downgraded after a year if they don’t begin paying the annual fee to home binder, or alternatively I can email a new promo code to all of my past clients every year. Either of those scenarios is a total letdown… and that’s where I lost all interest.

Wayne,

We seem to have a lot of mis-information floating around. The statement you made above is not accurate. When you create binders for clients they are upgraded to the Homeowner Edition (otherwise $12 a year) for the life of their home. You don’t have to send them a promo code each year. It all happens at the point of binder creation.

Greg, Alec or I would welcome the chance to give you a demo and answer any other questions you might have.

Hi Jack,

I didn’t want to look like I was trying to be critical, which is why I deleted my post. I’ve attached a screenshot of a previous post of yours that describes what my concern was. #3 is the statement that leads me to this assumption.

Wayne,

I really appreciate you bringing that to my attention and I apologize for not realizing you deleted your post. I received it over email and then couldn’t find it and thought I was doing something wrong.

That was the case in 2013 when we first launched the concept with inspectors but a lot has changed in the last 3 years based on feedback, integration with ISN, and many other features.

I really apologize for this and I’ll ask Nick if perhaps it would be good to start a new thread as I see a lot of the information in this one is dated.

My thanks,
Jack

PS. Our goal is to add Province & Postal Code to the Property Form soon so it will be usable to those in Canada. In the meantime, if you’d like a walk-through just to see how it works, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
