What does a phantom job offer for almost $25.00 an hour have to do with anything? I’m sorry I don’t get the relevance, a 4 hour home inspection/report pays $100.00/hr ??? JMO

Even if it was 25.00/ hr it is non of your business what I wish to be paid to help Home Inspectors. Are you saying the little bit of work you did for OntarioAchi you should be paid for and now want $100.00/hr?
I also had a contract with the government for Air Technician Study and still did Inspections.
I offered to provide hours and hours for zip on this project of Ontario Inspectors, some sleepless nights and for sure it cannot be denied carried a huge load while you sat waiting.
I offered to make myself available at 10 pm and 7 am in the morning.
Here is just on the OntarioAchi that I spent time.

Go help your own MB that lacks in every respect.

What are you trying to say?
Putting dollars signs behind a passion of helping others succeed with moral values and education insures personal capital and respect from other hommies.
Some seem to forget during their efforts to succeed financially by harming and taking whats not rightfully theirs.

You forgot to add here more than 6000 useless posts on NACHI MB.
I still think OntarioAchi has an excellent Idea of a Message board that is moderated for attacks and content.
Many that are very successful have this in place in the Professional Associations.
We still need this kind of Message Board for Ontario and I respect the work you, Scott and myself have put into it.
There is still a way to make this work but I am out until after the Consumer Services Meeting is over.
After we can discuss what is best interest for all Home Inspectors at this juncture.
I have given the e-mail to Chris Walsh the task that lies ahead and he will either steer the Association away from trouble or right into a big huge rock.

I am not saying I would ever go back to OntarioAchi and work things out. I am saying the MB and Training would work out. It was and is a great Idea.
Your Committee and Board will never work out as no Association can have control of the Home Inspectors in Ontario.
I am making this very clear to Consumer Services and will still represent Ontario Nachi Home Inspectors.
