JVI ?
How long do these inspections take? Is it possible that it works out to $40-$85 an hour because they don’t take very long?
Hi to all,
I do not know who is behind the offer that Nick posted on the board earlier, but all NACHI members in Florida recieved another offer this afternoon.
If any Floridian member wishes to discuss that program and it’s benefits please contact me directly.

Gerry
40-85 per hour is great…except when it is only 1 hour per week.
Tony:):p;)
Have the sate even awarded any of the contracts yet?
It looks like someone knows something.
Florida inspectors are much better off taking the ICC Boot Camp Greg offers, and getting their B1 certifications. Then you can charge $150 per inspection.
I took Gregs class this past weekend. It was great. The class really teaches you to navigate the 2006 IRC. The test is an open book test. Gregs ACE program will have you ready to pass the B1 in no time.
Market to insurance companies. You will get jobs.
Hi to all,
Carl, the contracts have not been awarded yet, in fact the RFPs’ are going in today.
