The majority of the houses I inspect have high water pressure (80-100+psi). How do y’all report this, besides saying the pressure is high. Puts strain on pipes…?

Thanks,
Heath

I always write up pressure over 80psi and recommend a pressure regulator be installed by a lic. plumber.

I just had one a couple of days ago that was pushing 100 psi.

I recommended evaluation and repair by qualified plumber.
