Can anyone help with the brand of panel? The cover was painted and I have not seen this one before. I cannot seem to zoom in on the photo and forgot to write it down at the inspection from the label.

Hard to say from the size of the pics, but my best guess would be Westinghouse or Bryant.

“Newer” (as in <25 yrs) ITE.
You can tell by the “quad” main breaker and the full length neutral bars running down by the breakers.
