When is the Justice Department going to release Jeffrey Epstein's flight log, Hillary's emails, Hunter's laptop AND Trump's documents at Mar-o-Laga?

Lots have changed in the last 25 years. You cannot say the law applies equally to everyone when NOTHING has been done with Hunter. They have had his laptop for 2 years, proving his dealings with oligarchs and dirty money. And it also proves “the big guy’s” involvement. If nothing else, at the very MINIMUM, they have Hunter on drug use charges… But who is doing anything about it?

Joe Biden is videotaped with hunter and his business partners, there are voice mails from Joe to hunter proving Joe knew exactly what Hunter was doing…

Or how about Hillary deleting 33k emails AFTER they were subpoenaed? That is obstruction of justice, and contempt of court. Why isnt she in jail?
Or what about Mr. Pelosi’s insider trading? His DWI? Or what about the new supreme court justice lying under oath when being questioned for the nomination by congress? Or …

Begin releasing information collected in investigations, and that’s a major risk to all Americans. Dumb dumb idea. It would be weaponized immediately, and a trial by media is never going to approach fair or balanced.

Also keep in mind who you’re accusing. Cheney, Clinton and Powell are not IT persons and did not “delete” anything. Lower-level IT staff and contractors managed those system and would be responsible for compliance and recordkeeping rules. This is as it should be – no person in power should have the levers to interfere with the orderly (and boring) collection, retention and cataloging of state documents (per laws and norms AT THE TIME, not rules later imposed). Sunshine is the best disinfectant, and (perhaps with delay) the only way to really know what goes on in the halls of power.

On the other hand, Hunter Biden apparently did manage his own laptop, with no evidence of shame in sight.

I’d say the primary reason Hillary Clinton was not prosecuted for deleting emails is that Paul Combetta, an employee of Platte River Networks deleted the messages.

The FBI report in question says he (unnamed by the FBI), realized in March 2015 that he had not followed a December 2014 order from the former secretary of state’s lawyers to delete archived emails. He then used BleachBit, an open-source file-wiping software, to delete the messages. Thus he was directed to delete BEFORE the messages were asked for, but did it AFTER.

So who exactly messed up?
What data retention rules applied at each relevant moment? And who had what intent at the time?
The expectation that the ship captain is responsible for all actions of those working under contract is correct, but not an unlimited expectation

Just wondering what Kushner put up for collateral for his $2 billion “loan” with the Saudis?

Strange turn of events, no?

Last month, 53 per cent of Republican voters and Republican-leaning independents said they would vote for Mr Trump in the 2024 primary if it was held that day.

Following the raid, it found that number for Mr Trump had climbed to 57 per cent, while support for Mr DeSantis had dropped from 23 per cent down to 17 per cent.

No other Republican candidate had double-digit support.

Its no coincidence that this raid was completely unprecidented in history. No other president has been treated like trump has, and they all have a certain amount of “legal immunity”, even after their term.

Even during his first campaign, trump was spied on (illegally) by the Obama administration and Hillary’s team. Illegal and forged cases being brought against him by the Russia hoax. And why isn’t anyone in jail from that corruption, including Christopher Steele, Hillary, and the Fbi director Comey?

They tried impeaching him twice, would have been 3, and then the ongoing “clown circus trial”, and now, yet again, they have to try and bring something else against him, right before midterms, I might add… think the timing was just a coincidence?

The deep swamp hates him more than anyone or anything, and the FBI has been so corrupted that it is now a political weapon to use against anyone the administration deems necessary. And now the IRS will be another tool to go after whoever they please, much like the time they tried going after Christian non profits years ago. If you are a middle income republican, they are coming for you.

We are heading toward a complete authoritarianism, (or we are already there) and if this doesn’t all open your eyes and shine some light on how deep the corruption goes, our future is in deep trouble!

Sounds like his immediate family might hate him more… lol

Are you saying Donald Trump has been a completely innocent victim since he became a politician?

No one at that level are completely innocent including Biden. I am certain there is some tax code, some Federal statute that could make a criminal out of all of them.

I would have no problem bringing down Trump if the same rules were applied across the spectrum. The rules are not equally applied and it is ruining the DOJ from the top down.

Our law enforcement system has been castrated. Do not fear the Banana Republic, it is already here. “They” have successfully torn us apart. Now the rebuilding they always desired may begin.

Step one of destroying the republic. :white_check_mark:

Do you guys noice how Dems who try to connect Trump with Epstein, can only post a PIC that is 30 years old, before Epstein ever even owned an island? What’s that say that they can’t find a recent PIC?

Clinton was there 17 times. Trump was there never.

He’s not a politician, thats why they hate him so much. He threw a wrench in the entire system, and he was never supposed to win.
I am saying that he has been treated like no other president ever before him. “They” (the media and corrupt swamp) spent 4 years focusing on nothing but bringing him down, while he was the one actually getting the things done that he was elected to do.

Trump made three huge blunders (all regarding our own war criminals), but was mostly a really good president.

He wasn’t a politician until he became a politician. All of the politicians that are in office or have ever been in office weren’t politicians until they became politicians.

Politician - a person who is professionally involved in politics, especially as a holder of or a candidate for an elected office.

“They” hate him because he spent 4 years pissing people off from the “shit-hole country” comment to the “go back to your country comment” made to American born citizens, acting like he was above and immune from the law and then to his grand finale.

So, he’s not a completely innocent victim?

So, he’s just as corrupt as the rest of them. None of them have been charged with a criminal offense. Essentially, what is boils down to is your corrupt politician is getting picked on more than my corrupt politician.

That’s not what I said. In effect, the establishment has clearly set their sites on what they perceive as their greatest threat… The outsider.

This should have been very obvious to everyone when Comey gave Hillary a pass and others gave Holder a pass, gave Lerner a pass etc.

This is not just a bipartisan issue as demonstrated by all the swamp creatures who surface in support of Garland.

Again, once he went “inside”, he was no longer an “outsider”. The problem was, once he got inside, he didn’t think he had to play by the inside rules. He played like he was still on the campaign trail.

The establishment isn’t picking on him because he is an outsider or a non-politician, it’s because he didn’t think the rules or the law applied to him.

Which law was that? And how does he differ from the people I mentioned above?

Let me tell you again, the establishment aligned with partisan self interest to weaponize the FBI and the DOJ.

Please reference when the FBI lied to FISA courts or raided homes of Democrats.

Biggest question of all is… Why are Republicans so afraid to speak under oath? Hillary did for 11 hours.

I plead the fifth.
