homeowners, inspectors, electricians, diyers, etc??? is it only for inspectors or future inspectors? who is expected to ask code related questions?

People ask Code related questions here frequently. Many inspectors are not comfortable with mentioning Code. Others may help with these (Code related) questions.

Considering the current status of the world, and this poorly performing Industry, do you really expect anything different? Do you remember back when you first joined these Forums, how much turmoil this MB went through trying to recover from a “Bubble Bursting” with diminished new inspectors and a struggling economy/home purchases? Different causation, similar effect and results.
Some don’t seem to realize that “knowledge” is not limited to inspections or that knowledge about subjects outside of inspections can greatly affect inspectors and everyone for that matter.

A legitimate point but the happy birthday, political bashing, and conspiracy theory threads have no actual bearing on the home inspection industry as a whole. If you scan the last two dozen most recent threads a small number are actually about inspections.
