Owner of this house bought the same bullshtt shuffled around that goes, "let’s divert surface water which will keep the basement dry’, he’s out $16,000 as they told him they’d install an exterior french drain, DRAIN TILE around the house and pour concrete along back wall and concrete patio – all ON TOP of the areas the owner gets water in basement.
He gets water in basement because there were several cracks in his poured basement wall AND some other openings into the house just below grade and above grade.
Knocking out the concrete walkway and 20" wide strip of patio, remeber wieners, this was supposed to keep the basement dry, was supposed to divert all the water away, total incompetence, negligence

Here’s patio area, crack poured wall UNDER the concrete patio - concrete = hard surface aka hard GRADE loll, why did the basement is ALL areas leak where concrete was poured == CRACKS in wall and other ext-openings

Leaky basements and foundation cracks etc are a BIG ISSUE with most of YOUR CLIENTS… you lightweights need to get a handle on this subject soon in order to help your clients because as of this moment what i read from you 2 is, incompetence, ignorance, negligence

this woman was told to, disconnect BACK downspout EXT and reroute the mfr to front, so she did and was told to have someone caulk along perimeter of house–driveway, so she did… she kept leaking FOOLLLZZ lollllll

Anyway downspouts are an issue where they don’t exist at all or dump the water directly to the basement wall but running it to the street is comical.
Interior drainage systems are a dumb idea for more than one reason it doesn’t solve the problem and how far down are they cutting the concrete along the edge where it sets on the footing for example
