Over the years our company has shared our filable wind mitigation form. Some times people get a copy of our form from another source…

May I make a suggestion? If you are going to use our form…

Change the company name and phone no. to your own… that way people don’t call me to ask questions about inspections you performed.

And, if I find out it has any of our licensing information left on it… we will prosecute.
