It depends on your level of service. Some put all the burden on the homeowner to provide the documentation and others do everything they can to obtain the info for the homeowner.
$200 and all questions posed on the 1802 are answered, one way or the other.
You get what you pay for
Are you saying a 200.oo inspection will get you a better report than a 125.oo ?
Not necesseraly, but I would rather pay$125. or $200. for A Quality accurate inspection, than a $ 50. inspection that will probally need to be redone . Quality and accountability cost more. Thats all. IMHO
Agreed
I hate to tell you all but 99% of the clients only care about HOW MUCH you will do the form for. MOST just THINK it will save them money because some idiot agent suggested it.
With licensing came the fact “in the clients eyes” that any Tom, Dick, or Harry with that stupid a s s paper is qualified.
Or, which has happened in many instances that I am aware of, not even be accepted.
That is where it is your job, as a businessman, to convince them that their perception is not correct.
It is not worth the money to try to convince them of squat.
If they want me to do it they say what they want and I offer them different level of services depending on what they wish to pay.
I do not try to convince them of anything. I just do what they request.
I do the job, to the best of my ability. I don’t care what they want…I want to exceed what they expect, and more often than not, that is exactly what I do. I can tell any of my clients, send me the check as soon as you can, I’ll send the wind mit to you. Never have I not gotten paid. I develop a trust between myself and my clients. Treat people well and 99% of the time, they will reciprocate.
And now…back to the percoset express…
All aboard
HahaAHahAHahaaa
UNFORTUNATELY i AM ON THAT TRAIN WITH HIM.
nOW i KNOW WHAT IT WILL BE LIKE IF i MAKE IT TO OLD AGE i PUT THE BEACH chair in the shower today and did most of the work sitting down. Easier to shave sitting instead of hopping. I almost died last night hopping to the bathroom. I slid the good foot under a house alarm wire that has no where to go except across the entry to the bathroom. I guess I do get lucky sometimes.
Not being able to do anything really really sucks.
What were you doing, shaving your legs?
It is the little things that prove the most annoying!
Ever try to wipe with the “other” hand?
Get well!
I have been lucky with that but the leaning sucks
I shave my face in the shower.
I started doing it with the sharper image “Z Fogless” mirror that ran hot water behind it to keep it clear but they stopped making it so now I just keep spraying the mirror with hot water. No mess in the sink and always smooth.
There may not be any need to worry about wind mit prices any more. I just heard that in 2013 Citizens is sending out a letter to all insurance agents that if they use one the three companies (selected by Citizens) they are guaranteed that there will be no re-inspections on those properties for five years.
My understanding is that there is no “guarantee”. However, if a policyholder chooses to use one of Citizens’ approved inspectors there is a very low chance of a reinspection. If a policyholder chooses their own inspector (not approved) the chance of a reinspection is higher.
With all of the picture and data backup on the reports, there shouldn’t be any need for any re-inspections. Wasn’t that the purpose of making he pictures mandatory?
It might be wise for Citizens to proceed cautiously with this program. It may be viewed as an unfair work practice.
There will be a guarantee of no reinspection. If you are not in the program you will def be reinspected. See citizens outreach program for necessary qualifications
