The HE furnace, evap and humidifier drain condensate pump discharged into the side of the TPR drain, tee’d into the water softener discharge and went into the wall possibly to the bathroom drainpipe.

It’s an internal ear flush device Ryan. Insert in mouth, hold nose and turn water on. Flushes the ears from the inside out. Of course that’s what my wife told me it was…

Maybe forgot footings for the support post? Looks like it is/was intended for a freestanding platform…

I have a WTF.
This is what $560 of lumber looks like today. Lvl beams would have been 1/2 as much in 2019.
