This panel was stuffed with insulation by human hands, not by an animal!

Spray foam would have worked best, not!

Wow…“breakers are supposed to stay as hot as possible, right”?

This was today. Structural failure caused roof collapse.

I am a bit baffled at this when I see this. Really? Is it that hard to figure out how to install lights?!?!?

Wow, was that the same truss on both sides of the house? The walls looked ok below the truss(es). Roof too heavy?

The foundation moved. Some areas raised, some sunken.
The roof trusses then sunk/moved around the perimeter.
Most homes in this 34 yr old section of Coral Springs have a problem.
Haven’t heard yet what type of “soil” they were built on. The gossip is a garbage dump.

These are the ones where you look at that and have the thought “why am I here?” Haha

Don’t know if the scupper dispersing roof water from the garage flat roof to into a downspout for the residence sloped roof would be considered a defect, Daniel. It would not make a mention in my report other than a brief description.
Thanks for sharing. We all learn by contributing to the MB.

I didn’t call it a defect either, only because there was a downspout at the other end. But I did mention it in my report… It would only take 2 leaves to clog that 1" pipe… And the gutter was completely full of debris.

Ok, you currently have the award for “funniest”!
