THAT was fantastic, Kevin!!
I see this used almost exclusively in new construction. As with everything, it is all about the install. My biggest write-up with this is lack of adhesion due to poor surface prep. But ultimately I think it is good stuff. Time will tell.
Must be the same guy that installed the insulation. LOL
Some people just don’t care what it looks like or done right, as long as it don’t cost much, Brian.
Shared well, pressure tank and pump switch located off-property. This was the water pipe entering the home I inspected. Whatever works I guess!
That’s one hell of a contraption, Ryan.
New build I inspected yesterday. I guess they either ran out of materials or didn’t know how to negotiate the bend needed to get the downspout to the ground.
Haha, all out of elbows?
Looks like all the other units have some blown off too!
Multiple $1500 jobs in a row…
Yep, low income manufactured homes built in 2009. The damaged shingles were all facing due south and the ocean where we get our on shore winds.
Wishing I was a roofer right now
Just one quick sign away from your wishes coming true
I used to do a little roofing in my handyman business but my GL won’t cover me to perform roofing and California requires workers comp for even a 1-man-show / no employees.
1 year warranty inspection. Several of the homes in this neighborhood had the same pergola
Since it was installed after the wall and painting was complete, no flashing was installed…
At this point, builder would probably just caulk and paint??
It takes some work but is not THAT difficult to do it right…good thing we would just refer it out and not prescribe the fix.
