How old is everyone? I mean if I joined within the year (just got to pay that fee and I already passed the test), would I be the youngest? I’m 21 years old or I will be in about 2 weeks.

Just wondering.....

Wow, Just out of High School. Now you've got me thinking back about 22 years.
When I was 21, Home Inspections were not even thought of back then.

Good luck in your endeavors Aaron. icon_wink.gif

I feel like a little kid, but I guess I still am. Even though my age is kind of a bad thing for the home inspection business(I remember on a survey that I read about that inspectors 25 years and younger make up only .1 or .01 percent… one-tenth of a percent…or was it one hundredth… can’t remember), I will make it work though. I have to icon_biggrin.gif

I'm looking forward to having you guys/women be my mentors icon_biggrin.gif

Truth be known I probably know more than the guy that is 50 and been doing it for 30 years…

Lester,

I agree with you on the education and training issue being the biggest influence on your knowledge.

I do however, have to agree with Russell when it comes to people descriminating against the younger professionals because they feel the older the wiser which is not always the case.

HE**, I am just old and dumb. There is no hope left for me. icon_wink.gif
