Excellent video Bob!! Everything he said is right on the money. In his vernacular I would give him a “Gold Star”.
The only problem with this is how many people who need to see it will actually see it? I do not like Big Gubberment but this is where Big Gubberment comes in to help stop this and it can easily stop 80%+ of all scamming by just doing their job!!

“Big Gubberment” must leave these scammers alone, as it provides cover for their own organized crime networks.
Yeah, good video, but he left out something. Often you have to say Hello a second time to trigger the auto dialer to engage a live person. My personal protocol for years has been
Say, “Hello, this is Lon Henderson” or “Western States Inspections”
Dead air for 2-3 seconds, hang up.
Real people call back.

Yep that’s the way to do it Lon. Unfortunately we do have to answer phone calls just in case it’s a real client but yes no answer within 2 seconds hang up. Another reason I have to answer call is that 70% of potential clients will only book those inspectors that answer call first. I do agree with you…
