Ac/Heat Pump Leak

I am asking cause my friends house had an heat pump leak and told me if i can come cause he was aware that I am a licensed inspector however I am not an HVAC tech but my cousin is. The heat pump is dripping from the bottom and you can see the water is pooling and damaging the other side of the drywall. My cousin believed it could be a drain line clogged and when I did research that’s what seemed to be the main answer as well. He told us to vacuum it out and the leaks seem to be gone now. However based on these videos I was wondering if their was anything else that could be damaged. He is busy on vacation so I cant really get a hold of him and my friend would like to know the most info possible.

Blocked condensation pipe.

Your friend should have it serviced by a HCAC contractor. It is going to be a lot cheaper than dealing with drywall repair and mold issues.

If you are a home inspector you should be able to answer your own question.
