Advice: If you are going to apply for CMI, do it soon.

I am just stating the facts, with my twist of humor (“do not apply”) …
All certification are to show the public, along with personal achievement.

Read the CMI tax return if you think there is so much cash.

John based on what I have read and the effort to milk the designation for cash I can no longer consider it.

It remains a gimmick IMHO

Even Bushfart once opposed it.

All educational designations serve to improve the inspector and work to benefit the marketing of ones business. Even you show people your qualifications. CMI is not different.

$1000 is too much for the right to use a CMI label when it has no teeth.

Nuff said.

CMI qualifications are intended to be high, but achievable.

Your blowin’ more smoke John

People can see that.

LOL! Someone isn’t following the message board testimonies of members who have used their CMI designation to acquire market share and raise prices. I double dare you to post one sales line that tops “I’m a Certified Master Inspector.”

Bushart walked right into that one. LOL!

I just had another person tell me they are sending in their application to become CMI…

Shouldn’t this be accessible to CMI members only?

http://www.certifiedmasterinspector.org/cmi/logos.html

.

Only the page is accessible to anyone, the logos are for CMI use only.

Anyone can download them.

Everyone has an opinion.

Gee, I wonder why…

And, I even included an updated, fillable application!

You can’t apply by message board post. Read the application instructions.

How true, had that been the case all along I would still be acquiring enough inspections to qualify, I got lucky moving to the fastest growing county in the nation between 2003 & 2006.

I included the form so that anyone who wishes to become a CMI can download the form, fill it out legibly, and print it, then send it in.

Free would be about the right price!:mrgreen:

Offer still stand Nick?

Yep. Apply now.
