If I were a CMI and in the inspection business, I’d buy reams of nice certificate paper, print thousands of my own gorgeous certs, and include them in my www.nachi.org/binder.htm or whatever you give potential clients.

I’d throw the one the MICB sent you into the garbage.

Actually, from a marketing standpoint… I’d lead with my CMI certificate, even over my own brochure. Everyone has brochures.

There really is nothing that compares to presenting a Certified Master Inspector certificate.

If you create your own, don’t forget to include your contact phone number on it, or better yet, staple your business card to it. A CMI cert and a business card is about all one would need to be head and shoulders above the competition’s stupid “Why get a home inspection” brochure… don’t make me puke :roll: .

Thanks mine arrived last thur.
I agree a seal would look very good instead of just good.:wink:

PS add a gold seal (CMI logo in gold) and impress it with the CMI corporate Seal. You know the thing that puts an imprint in the paper.
