Owners previously hired an idiot, yep an idiot on this subject who removed the drywall inside the apartment n painted the B wall and slapped new drywall back up = LOL! Never identified aka determined aka found the actual problems

THEN after continuing to leak they hired a landscaping company who installed drain tile all around this area, spanning 20 ft across, kept leaking…oh, how much $$$ did THAT cost? And no guarantee? ha!
