Two attics or one? Should be two attics, fire wall between the attics.

With the the ceiling joists 90 degrees to the rafters and no collar ties or rafter ties, these rafters will produce considerable thrust pushing the exterior walls out. The worst case of sagging ridgeline I ever had was due to a roof like this. Depending upon the age of the house an the degree of sagging I would either recommend a licensed contractor or a structural engineer look at the roof.
