all in good fun Juan…
If it’s all in good fun he might be clear of the copy right infringement.
I just explained to a client that all reports are based on fog.
Fact-opinion-Guidance.
Support is placed in a manor which does not seem as needed for structural support but drew attention.
Opinion is that it was used as a temporary support during building.
Guidance is not needed.
Bob. That is a pretty cool way to explain it.
Don’t fall for it Juan. He contradicts himself within his own statement!
“Does not seem” is not a factual statement.
I am well aware of your capabilities, Jim, and have no concerns with your comments, as I know they are from hands-on experience.
Now that “Sears Appliance Repairman” is a “Holistic” 'nother story!!!
oh boy…
Jeff ,not sure what is wrong with you today but if you need to talk I am a phone call away.
Count to ten , take a deep breath and hope things are better for you tomorrow buddy.
Juan,
When inspecting trusses there are numerous things to look for…here are a few items I commonly find:
- No truss clips installed at partitions…or worse, bottom chord nailed to interior partitions.
- Missing required bracing per manufacturers instructions
- Rafters installed over trusses without a valley plate or proper blocking.
- Cut trusses or improper repairs to trusses
- Plywood / OSB sheathing for storage crushing insulation below
- Improper or no support below girder trusses.
- Improper nails used to hang trusses
Jeff
Supporting of the TEMP for sure.
I was sure someone would call for a structual engineer on this one.LOL:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::shock:
