Hello!
We had an inspection just before Christmas in anticipation to sell. We wanted to know problems that we needed to fix before we put it on the market. The inspector listed several problems with regards to our plumbing that are actually not problems, and they are correct. I spent additional money for our plumber to come out to tell me that it was all fine, and he doesn’t know why the inspector listed them as problems. IE: Lower vent in hot water cabinet doesn’t exist, but it does. Incorrect drain pipe installed in kitchen, but we have a ptrap. Also put we did not have a pressure meter installed, but we do, in fact, it’s new.
What do I do? I’m curious how many other “problems” he listed, that are actually not problems.
Thanks,
Liz
