Biden-Palin Debate

Imagine there is no heaven… I loose nothing.
Imagine there is a heaven… you loose everything, but you will have plenty of company.

John, Don’t be mad… Some Say The End Is Near!

Sarah Palin BINGO!

Sarah goes after Barack.

…She then slammed Barack Obama calling him disqualified to be President of the United States, “Some of his comments that he has made about the war that I think may in my world disqualifies someone from consideration as the next commander in chief.” Palin said, “Some of his comments about Afghanistan and what we are doing there supposedly– just air raiding villages and killing civilians. That’s reckless. So I wanted to talk about things like that.

Watch it here:

Imagine it being a Non Christian Heaven John?;)

See ya in the waiting room:mrgreen:

Imagine the “kingdom of heaven will not come with observation, but is
within you”. Imagine if you do not find it here, you will not find it
hereafter.

I like that. :mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:

One day St Peter was walking someone through heaven and told him to
be very quiet as they approached the next door. The man said “why?”

St Peter said “this room is where the Baptist stay and they think they
are the only ones here”.

A man was praying and ask God “what is heaven and hell”.

God took him to a door and said this is hell.

The man opened the door and saw starving people who were
trying eat out of one pot of soup, but they all had elbows that
would not bend to reach their mouth. It was hell everyday
not being able to eat as they starved from hunger.

God took the man to another door and said this is heaven.

The man opened the door and saw healthy people who were
trying eat out of one pot of soup, but they all had elbows that
would not bend to reach their mouth. Instead of just trying
to feed themselves, they were feeding each other and enjoyed
the happiness of heaven.

I need to concentrate more on feeding people myself John. Thank you for the reminder.

Thanks John, I think you should be InterNACHI’s Official Spirit Guide.

I wonder if the folks at Salon.com are familiar with the concept on irony?

There was a time when conservatives lamented the dumbing down of American culture. Preservation of basic standards in schools and workplaces compelled them – or so they said – to resist affirmative action for women and minorities. Qualifications mattered; merit mattered; and demagogic appeals for leveling were to be left to the Democrats.
Not anymore.

Actually, the Palin phenomenon is the culmination of a trend that can be traced back to Dan Quayle, the undistinguished Indiana senator whose elevation onto the Republican ticket in 1988 had nothing to do with intellect or experience and everything to do with the youthful appeal of a handsome blond frat boy.

Now I wonder who else could be judged by these same criteria. Hmmm?

Since it is official… we are now accepting donations.
You will receive a free two week supply of holy water with ever donation.

Mikey, moot point, game over, the election is virtually a done deal. Yes, its numerically possible for McCain to eek out win but the poker term “drawing thin” would be an apt description of the Republican’s chances today. Hey, there is always 2012 to look forward to.

Palin is now McCain’s attack dog(wolf)
Palin says Obama ‘palling around’ with terrorists

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) - Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin on Saturday accused Democrat Barack Obama of “palling around with terrorists” because of his association with a former 1960s radical, stepping up the campaign’s effort to portray Obama as unacceptable to American voters.

Palin’s reference was to Bill Ayers, one of the founders of the group the Weather Underground. Its members took credit for bombings, including nonfatal explosions at the Pentagon and U.S. Capitol, during the tumultuous Vietnam War era four decades ago. Obama, who was a child when the group was active, served on a charity board with Ayers several years ago and has denounced his radical views and activities.

The Republican campaign, falling behind Obama in polls, plans to make attacks on Obama’s character a centerpiece of presidential candidate John McCain’s message with a month remaining before Election Day.

By now you would think McCain is smart enough to know that no battle plan survives first contact.:p:twisted::shock:

Think about this Mikey irregardless of who wins the presidency…

GOP dread: Dems could hit 60 Senate seats

The possibility that Democrats will build a muscular, 60-seat Senate majority is looking increasing plausible, with new polls showing a powerful surge for the party’s candidates in Minnesota, Kentucky and other states.

A poll out Friday shows Sen. Norm Coleman could now easily lose his Minnesota seat to comedian-turned-candidate Al Franken. A Colorado race that initially looked like a nail-biter has now broken decisively for the Democrats. A top official in the McCain camp told us Sen. Elizabeth Dole is virtually certain to lose in conservative North Carolina.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky has seen his race tighten dangerously close over the past week — and Democrats are considering moving more money into the state very soon. And there is even talk that Republican Sen. Saxby Chambliss is beatable in conservative Georgia after backing the economic bailout package opposed by many voters.

“Before the economic crisis, we had a number of races moving our way,” said Matthew Miller, communications director of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. “But now we’re seeing Republican numbers plummet.” GOP officials largely agree.

Did you stick around for that entertaining Bob Moore segment? Watching that clown trying to promote and then defend his concept of American Socialism was classic.
