Nicks thing is good, not a product I see around here though. Anything to teach them something they see as a value to know. Make (present) yourself the authority, and their resource.
Don’t forget to have Jessica make you talking point cards for the agents to hand out whenever they are showing a home with that particular component or system in it. I used to have 14 different talking point cards made up: Solar panels were the most popular. The agents in my market would continually ask for more from me. They were handing them out left and right to all the home buyers.
And of course you can probably guess what’s on the back of those cards the agents where handing out.
