Good News! I taked to the Dean of the College and Mr Holmes was only pulled into recruit more to the “Home Inspection Technician Diploma” I was assured by the coordinator that the ones coming out will still need to get CERTIFIED by InterNachi, Oahi or any organization. The teaching was mainly based on Trades in Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Building Construction ect. Only a small portion was on actual Home Inspection.
Also MIKE HOLMES has stoped advertising here in SSM On and moved on.
I promised the DEAN of the School I would put this on the MB to clear up the intent of having Mike Holmes endorse the program.
