Ok Guys.
Do you know what piss*ed me off with this dude. And I still don’t like him.(at this posting)
He has a vendetta with someone he doesn’t even know.
Let me look into my crystal balls.
He was most likely pulled off the tit way to early.
This is so obvious, he has a very special need for recognition.
And we all do.
I would like to invite him to become a simple part of my world.
I don’t want to be your enemy , but your friend.
Would you accept my invitation?

When you attack others, expect to be attacked…
That should be carved in stone.
With that being said . No One will have mercy for you.

Roy , I love the attention you trying to give me.
Im not attacking anyone, your name calling on a professional site.

Internachi and the other inspectors must be proud of you.

I asked a question to fellow inspectors concerning cbc and non licensed employees doing wind mits on the forum.
I was looking for answers not a hard time.

If “You” are licensed and have taken the Wm class great, if not , well that is where the State of Florida DBPR, CLIB, OIR and Internachi are involved. I am actually trying to help our industry by stopping any one from doing these reports without proper training.

You stated I was going after someone I didnt know , thats not a true statement. I know who he is and he lives in Jacksonville, FL.
Roy, its not you , I can assure you.

His employee incorrectly marked 5 of the 7 questions on a wind mit that my company provided the audit.

You also made some other remarks about my newer HI license, I have been in this business for 20 yrs.
So Roy, if you must cont to act like this it only means that you must have a ton of free time on your hands.

Please review the FL Stat 627.711 and figure out where the problem is , I have the answer , and it may surprise you.

Be part of the solution , not part of the problem Roy. Have a great day

Things like wind mitigation are only allowed to be done by licenced professionals. Unfortunately, finding a licensed building contractor is difficult. Everyone is performing tasks without the necessary training and knowledge. Anyone who works in the construction sector should be able to produce any of the ICC credentials; otherwise, it is impossible to claim that they are professionals until they can do so. In my country, ICC certification is required for everybody who works in the construction sector. These days, YouTube is a universal institution. I won’t say it’s horrible, but appropriate certification is more important. There are numerous institutions available to assist with ICC certification; we must utilize them.

And where exactly is this ‘country’ you speak of??
