I just want to congratulate any inspectors that put in all the hard work, hours of education, certifications etc. Anyone that has made it in the business for at least three years I say good work. I’ve been in business for 12 years. It wasn’t easy getting started and going out of my comfort zone speaking to realtors. To all of you that got over all the hurdles, and they could be different for each of us, I say good job. I’m saying this partly because I’ve tried to help several individuals become home inspectors and for different reasons they never got past the InterNachi certification. Many different reasons they don’t follow through. It doesn’t matter what reason, just pick one.
So again I say congratulations, you did it.
