Definitely clients, we encourage clients to reach out anytime if they have any questions about anything related to their home or other things we may be able to assist with when they get the report or in the future. Client referrals is a consistent source of new clients. Many clients from years ago contact us. We have done multiple inspections for many clients.

That’s great, @sfetty. I encourage home inspectors to remind their clients that they should be the first people to be called whenever anything goes wrong with their homes.

One of most valuable services a home inspector can provide is the unbiased education their clients need - to challenge the expensive recommendations from contractors for unnecessary repairs.
