NAHB has that designation, is the Internachi certification valid?
The largest inspection association in the world uses InterNACHI’s solely. Better checklist too.

I think I’m going to add it.
I have a number of certifications from being NARI and NAHB members.
Plus a few from some schools.
My other certs cost a lot, Internachi certs come with membership. Its a very good deal.
Having said that I don’t think most people care about certs beyond CPA, MD, PHD, DDS and a few others.
Some guys have a ton of certs on their websites but more than 3 looks funny. I think the CMI is very good and maybe one should exist for ethics or good business practices, after that the Gerry Beaumont award and your gold.
How about a triple play designation, the Lalapaloosa of certs
Get the Gerry B award and 2 others for all 3 and your an Internachi banger? For the guys who aren’t qualified for the CMI.
