I have been using a pdf to write wind mit and 4 point inspections. How can I be sure clients or insurance agents can’t change what I have emailed to them?
What keeps them from opening the pdf and changing the age of the roof before sending it to the underwriters without me knowing?

Print/save to PDF before you send it out. I believe windows has this function. This flattens the form so it cannot be changed without hacking it.

I’m using a Mac. It does not let me do that. I’ll google it and see what it says.

You can add a PDF print driver for Mac, that works fine.

I use PDF Expert app to complete my insurance forms, works great. You can always edit them but no one else can.
