Where are you located? More and more states are requiring licensing, as well as meeting certain requirements. Some multi-inspector firms may be looking for new inspectors, especially with your strong construction background. You may consider networking with a local home inspector association, see if NACHI has one in your area, or attend one of the “other” ones to meet with inspectors in your area and check on opportunities.
