Inside basement, so DON’T remove any drywall?
If you don’t remove any drywall then you aren’t going to get rid of the mold lol, so it’s okay to leave the mold on walls and there was quite a bit of mold on the back–side of the drywall. Just tell homeowners to add MORE soil or install an interior drainage system? hahahaaaaaa that would be ignorant and YOU’D be on-the-hook because of the CRAP your telling homeowners man, sheesh K
same house Sterling Heights now outside, see where the water was getting in? lolol What? Put MORE soil there, build it up higher? Maybe you wanna tell homeowners to add soil, build it up to the roof-line?
LACK of experience, NOT doing this job and making weak azz assumptions to homeowners is bullshitt, yeah sure its the American way lol = stupid.
So Mark is being told by SOME home inspectors who have never done basement waterproofing n so never guaranteed basements wouldn’t leak that raising n sloping the grade, better drainage is what i should always be recommending to homeowners and NOT telling them wtf i’ve told them, showed them for 40 years
WATCH the friggin video’s above, THINK, use your brain for a couple minutes… what is best for the homeowners??? Leave the mold n shtt on walls? NOT repair/waterproof what i clearly show ya in video were THE ACTUAL problems, reasons why the stupid basement leaked?
