I am 16 miles as the crow flies or 25 miles driving from the three closest TV antennas to me. There are others scattered around the area a little further out. I do not know what local channels transmit off of what towers. I performed a couple dozen guy line inspections for some of the more distant towers in the area a couple of years and all of those only transmitted cable/phone & cellphone.

So, I cut the cord about 5 years ago when my cable bill was 205 dollars. I got digital antennas for each of the TVs. Digital Antenna
It was just a cheap thing, and I really did not have great expectations. I get about 85 channels but what is really interesting is the antennas on the North side of my house get Jacksonville Channels and the ones on the Southside get Melbourne and Tampa. They all get Daytona Beach and Orlando. Melbourne is about 80 miles, Tampa is 120 miles, and Jacksonville is 130 miles. The only drawback is you have to have a tv with a tuner. My VIZIO tv does not have a tuner.
