I’ve only been inspecting for about a year and a half but I saw this large antennae in the attic, it looks much newer than anything else in the attic and I can’t think of anything it could be hurting I was just wondering if an antennae would properly work in an attic, if so why doesn’t every antennae go there?
It will work, at least it would in the old days before digital signals. Why didn’t they? How do you know they didn’t :-), ya can’t see attic aerials from the sidewalk. All smartassness aside, TV antennas work better the higher they are, TV signals are ‘line of sight’, so most people put em on a mast.
Not an issue unless they did something silly with the wires going into the house.
Apropos of nothing in particular, a digital antenna can save you big cable TV bucks, and the signal is amazingly good, if you have a signal, it is all or nothing, you either get a great picture or nothing, no ghosts or fuzzy pictures.
At least you have proof you were in the attic.
Common in homes from the 50’s and 60’s. Beam me up…
