I just finished trying out SKYPE. I am very pleased with the quality of the service. You can get unlimited calls in the USA and Canada for only $30 per year.

Yes I have use it.
My daughter is studying abroad in Germany and we are able to talk with her at least 3 times a week and it is free. She hooks up her webcam and we are able to see the dorm room and such. very minimal lag time and easy to operate. Saves us a ton on Long distance. Skype is great!
