Hey Bert! Did you feel it?

@bhull1: Bert, I know you travel a lot, but were you in Knoxville this morning and feel the earthquake? I think the epicenter was about 30 miles south of there.

It was fairly strong here in Hiawassee. Really shook the house to the extent that anything that could rattle, did. First thought it was thunder, but it kept growing in intensity and more violent than a strong thunder clap. Plus it seemed to last for 20 seconds or more.

Was a strange, surreal and awesome feeling all mixed together.

Hey Thomas,
I missed it. But I hear the they felt it all the way up on the Virginia border in Harrogate TN where we lived before we moved to Knoxville so it must have been a big one. I happen to be in California this weekend. My wife has a remote job based here and has to come in person for one week every month or so and I like to visit for part of her week ( free hotel and car). I just have to get a ticket. We did some trail hikes the past couple days while it rains on the east coast.

I’m happy if they have a pipe on the TPRV and a drip pan.
