Home Inspection report programs

I am researching the many home inspection report programs out there and have narrowed it down to two, home inspector pro or home gauge. Not sure which one will be the most user friendly. I would like to do my report and be able to email it to the customer. I have both Mac and Windows, but would rather use my iPad while doing the inspection. So I am leaning more towards home inspector pro, can any give me their comments on both of these programs. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!

Good afternoon , I was wondering if anyone has a HIP template that they have created that has an area that you can add pricing for some of the repairs. I know so do not like to add pricing but my brother is a realtor and every client he has said they would love to have pricing and that they have turned down inspectors who don’t offer pricing. Can anyone assist me with this.

Hi Rubens,

You could add pricing into any comment, just edit the comment and add it. You could also use drop down lists or color code the repair price on the summary using the Advanced Color feature.
