Just wondering if any inspectors ever tried a listing with homeinspections-usa, and if it was worth the money from your advertising budget? Thanks in advance! Bob

Bob,
Im listed with them in Michigan,(<span style="font-weight: bold">Eagle I Home Inspections)</span> I just did the basic one for $100 a year which isnt too bad & have had several jobs thru them…that has paid for itself a few xs over but I know people do go to that site . My worst investment so far was thru a coupon company called Val-Pak…several businesses get coupons & they mail them out to the surrounding cities…I did my whole area WayneCounty & didnt get one job..I ate that one <img src="http://www.nachi.org/bbsystem/images/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif" alt="icon_rolleyes.gif" border="0" /> & I even offered 20% off with a coupon..that one cost me over $400..you live & learn..but for a $100 bucks..Im satisfied with Home Inspections-USA

Mike,
I have to agree with you on the VAL PAK. The only calls I ever got out of that one was the price shoppers. Needless to say I am not the cheapest so I did not get any work. WORTHLESS is the word that comes to mind.

Mike,
Yes I did go for it and must say it was the best $200 I ever spent. In one month I’ve got 5 jobs from it and many other inquiries. You get some price shoppers but of course you’ll get that anywhere. I just basically tell them, “You get what you pay for!” Bob W.
