Agree with Jeff…The hose coming off the spigot and the hose by the Condenser unit are two different colors also.

I intended to return to this when I first saw it in passing. Snapped a pic and kept moving with my software. Never came back and relied on photos. Now many of you had a nice laugh tonight. Promise I did right by the client despite of this hilarious situation.

I did not laugh. The question had some validity. There is an old trick when your AC is fouled and not cooling well. This involves spraying cool water on the outdoor unit. So, my first thought was that the seller had somehow rigged the water hose.
