I passed my state exam today!

Today I passed my Connecticut state exam on the first try. I want to thank the creators of InterNachi and everyone else here in the forums. I want to also thank my supervisor Ryan and especially my buddy Randy for introducing me to home inspection. It’s been long journey but so worth it.

If you want to know what i did to pass here’s the secret… Join InterNachi and study your butt off and you’ll be fine. Yes that’s all I used to study. Having a great supervisor also helps big-time!

I did have the NHIE books and code check but never used them to study. I took advice from a friend who said InterNachi is all you need and he was right.

Question for other new inspectors that might see AND read this.

Exactly WHAT did you read OR study with InterNACHI to help you pass the NHIE test, BECAUSE they have tons of books, courses OR material??

All 14 courses online in the certification process and all of the test including the final test.

I grew up in Niantic, my dads side moved from Ireland to Norwich during the civil war. From what I hear they need inspectors. It would appear you have a right future, Good luck
