hey i have a great idea… in these public forums why dont we keep NACHI business good and bad in our own forums and lets NOT give these guys anything else to say about us from here… if a non-member says something out of the way lets just ignore it and everyone will see who the better people are and not to mention more professional… so please lets quit giving these jerks a reason to be a jerk and the reason to try and i say try to tear us down… everyone who is with me on this thank you for your support in advance

Their attempt to try to slow down NACHI by launching inspection-unrelated personal attacks on our message board shows how goofy they are. Don't let it rattle you. Personal harrassment is all these sissies have left. With no inspections to perform... they sit outside NACHI's offices, follow me home, take pictures of me and NACHI staff, claim our staff are hookers, steal my garbage bags from the end of my driveway, steal NACHI's garbage out of our dumpster, tape record me and my wife at restaurants discussing our son's Lacrosse game, offer rewards for my Army dog tags, post pics of our building and claim its a Motel 6, get all excited when they discover that our desks are steel, ask questions around town about my family and staff's family. Cancel my hotel reservations at Chapter meetings. They are such scum.
You have to just let it roll off your shoulder. They have their own message boards but insist on coming here. I never post on their message boards. Their message boards are dead... which is why they come here. Their presence alone is testimony to our success.

Hi all,
I didn't know where to post this so I hope this is OK. I'm a single Mom from Topeka and I'm moving to Plymouth Michigan. Normally, I'd have my Dad help me pick out a house, but he's not able to help me this time so I'm going to hire a home inspector.
Are any of you inspectors in the plymouth area? Will you please email me at katthayes@yahoo.com and tell me what you do and how much you charge?

Seriously, though…you gotta love 'em. Here they are visiting our site on a regular basis, adding to our web hits, and entertaining us with their thoughts and amazing us with the fact that they have any.
Whenever I read one of these anti-NACHI rants, I'm reminded of one of those old Charlie Chaplin movies where the rich man is sitting inside the comfortable restaraunt enjoying his steak while the hobo stands at the window, in the snow, watching him eat as his own hunger burns. Then, as the piano music begins to play that sad, sad tune....Jim Morrison visits or a different blogger stops by to telll us, as they watch us feast, how terrible we are at inspecting homes and how glad they are that they are not us - as if we cared. (burp)

This is what I've been doing since I joined. I do not have the time to waste to get in the mud slinging mess. Or do I need it in my life. I've got enough to do learning each and every day to waste anytime reading the long string of insults.
There is a great group of people here that should take a look inside themselves and see if what they post is adding value to the message board and to their lives.
I've been wanting to SHOUT to everyone... don't reply to the people looking to pick a fight. The rest of us don't want to read it and don't care. There are a great deal of strings that I don't read now due to that and I'm probably missing some great info. But at 10 pages long I personally don't want to weed through the mudslinging name calling.
I guess that is what comes with maturity.
The one and only post I'll ever have on the subject.
