These come with 1 extension cord (about 8" long). Have no idea what you’re referring to as ADAPTORS.
Was used 1 time in the house to see how it works.
So yes I’m flexible … I can take checks, cash, MC or Visa.

This Sure Test comes with an adapter for isolating the ground. The adapter can help to find false grounds. Asking $175 plus shipping.
