Interior basement drainage system and sump pump was installed

… around 10-12 years ago, was NOT needed!!! sheesh lol

Poured basement walls, there are 3 vertical cracks in walls that leak, still leak… and there were a handful of deteriorated leaky rod holes. Only other leaky area is chimney… the chimney likely needs some tuckpointing and the exterior of the chimney walls likely need EXT-waterproofing, that’s it. There was NO NEED for this scamming interior basement system, zero! They charged $15,000 for this junk 10 yrs ago, still leaking when they could have had the cracks and chimney dug out, EXT waterproofing, and tuckpointing done for around $4,000 which would have STOPPED the water from where it is still entering.

There will alway be those that care about the $ more that the job/people, Mark…SAD but true.
