Just so you know who you are dealing with...

His rantings and ravings are a pitiful thing to see. Many people have said that he is very unprofessional. When people make comments like that it usually goes in one ear and out the other and I do not pay attention to disparaging remarks. •I always consider the source, and I always keep in mind that “someone” might be trying to influence my opinion. In this case Mr. Abernathy has chosen to put on a “public display” and prove many, many people correct in their assumption of him! It is clear that Mr. Abernathy has somehow gained access to some “preliminary deliberations” and has become hysterical over the items in discussion. What he does not know is that the private deliberations and “Fact Finding” process of the ESOP is long and time consuming.Information is sent in, processed, and then asked for further clarification. It is then “voted on” or disregarded. From what little information he has, He seems to feel that we have come to a permanent conclusion.•All of us on the ESOP committee know that he is 100% incorrect in his assumption! •I ask that each and everyone of you refrain from engaging him on the message board. •It will do us no good to sink down to his level! We all remember how Roy Cooke and Ray Wand baited and taunted several members of the ESOP committee until they openly responded on the message board. This should never happen again! If Mr. Abernathy as any “facts” that he wants us to consider , or “Facts” that he wants to dispute… he certainly has the means, and the computer skills to send us/the ESOP committee an e-mail with any information that you would like us to consider!None of us have a “closed mind” on this subject and I for one and more than willing to listen to anything that Mr. Abernathy has to say.Accusations, rantings, ravings, and hysteria I can do without! If Mr. Abernathy has “facts” that he wants to use to dispute anything then… •I am more than willing to listen. Once again, just because he is being unprofessional on the message board and highly emotional does not mean that we have to participate in the hysteria!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Signed, Frank Carrio, CMI Certified Master Inspector & ConsultantCertified Commercial Building InspectorFounder & Current President, New Hampshire State Chapter NACHI NACHI, State Representative for Legislative AffairsRetired: ICC Certified Member Retired: Code Compliance Inspector.Retired: ASTM Committee Member

No. Put me down as officially “entertained”.

Paul A…you are too smart to take the bait. Let Tedesco’s departing shots speak for him. Nobody is buying it.

Joe is pulling rank with his buddies on the ESOP its as simple as that.

So what?

So what? Ya so what! You would know how things work being an ex member of the ESOP. Remember to question orders is not a good idea. Look what happen to you. You sure soured on Nachi, and you know why.

If Joe is so tight with the boys, then so be it, there is more to come.

Me Tarzan.

You look more like a Jane if your pic. is any indication.

No, I was just mimicking one of my childhood heroes, much as you are presently mimicking your hero.

Yes…I know how things work on the ESOP Committee. That is what surprised me that you were ever allowed to return. When you did, I could not believe you were allowed to stay. When I watched what you did, I could not believe that members did not file complaints against you with their local police…as many have begun to do, now.

You got much more than a fair shake and you brought shame upon those who stood up for you.

Yes you remind me of my hero, Alvin the Chipmunk! But, again its only based on your pic.

James

I am surprised you would say things like that considering your rap sheet.

Funny you mention that. I used to have the Alvin & The Chipmunks Christmas album. I wonder what I ever did with that? I think my sister ended up with it. It was a favorite at our house when we were kids. Thanks for bringing that to my memory. Now, if you can only help me recall Mom’s scalloped potatoes recipe, I’ll be all set.

Alvin!

Maybe you mean Simon? In any event, I’m flattered beyond belief .

They all had buck teeth, all chipmunks look the same. They could eat an acorn through a picket fence.

Hey, just because my sister and my cousin are the same person is no reason to poke fun at me.
