Leaky deteriorated rod holes behind paneling

gee, what should i have recommended to this homeowner, raise and slope the grade or super long 777’ downspout ext’s or new gutters ?

while it’s fine to try n divert some surface water away, those things do not identify how, where, why a basement leaks, hlll no and will not fix, repair, waterproof the actual problem (s)

This guy just bought this house in Clinton Township, sorry to say but home inspector missed several things and seller said, no water in basement. Well that’s just another load of shtt. Too bad homeowner/buyer didn’t find n hire Mike Bazzo or other good Nachi HI

on back side of paneling

many signs of previous and ongoing leaks in basement, i didn’t count the cracks in poured walls but somewhere around 10 cracks, some rod holes previously repaired - some cracks previously injected, no receipt, no transferable guarantee, nothing in writing on previous repairs.

as Curly used ta say, certainly!! Wish i could refer you to more people Mike but phone rarely rings anymore lolol, they’re still calling Everdry, FSM etc

lolll Jim, good stuff eh. Have seen many homeowners get bs’d and ripped off w/basements that have drywall/paneling right where their basement is leaking… they ONLY see water pooling on the basement floor n when they call they often tell me stuff like, “Mark the water looks like it’s coming from under the floor, under the foundation, and we were already told by another company the EXT drain tiles are clogged and need an interior drainage system and sump pump to fix this”, yep! All the while they just had 1 crack behind their drywall or 1++ deteriorated, leaky rod holes etc
