Perfect weather for home inspections.

For which we be forever grateful…

Any time Jae this the volunteer state you know

Wayne, come January, could you volunteer some warmer weather for us up here too?

Seems like every year I am having problems with the cold more and more.
They say it comes with age, but sure would like to think otherwise. :)

Hmmm…as I get older I much prefer the colder weather. And I don’t really care how cold it gets…25 below is the record here, but from 5 below or warmer is fine with me.

I dislike the heat more and more with each passing year…so why do I hang around here during the summer?? It’s usually 90 to 100 and **humid!!! **

Lovin’ this year, though. The weather pundits say we may not see 90 for the rest of the summer…now *that’s *what I call nice!

Jae, if you like the cold, move to Norther Maine.
You might even like the snowmobiles in the minus 20 temperatures.

The hottest day I ever spent was not too far from Jeff’s turf in Acton, Ca. 50 miles straight north of L.A. where actess Tippi Hedren (‘The Birds’) owns a large cat preserve. My wife and I arrived at noon and their thermometer read 118 degrees. We had to leave within 20 minutes…

We’re planning a road trip up California Highway 1 on Labor Day weekend. ‘The Birds’ was filmed in Bodega Baywhich will be one of our many stops along the coast. Should be nice weather in Sept.

I wish I was going. That is one of the best drives in the country if not the world. Your weather should be great, it usually is along the coast.

Linas,

If you have never been, while you are in the area, you must check out the Redwood forests!!! Awesome!!! Redwood National and State Parks, Crescent City, north California

Jeff

We’re staying in San Francisco the first day then heading up the coast the next morning. We’re spending the night in Eureka ,then heading to Redwood Nat’l Park which is just up to the north of Eureka. Then I think we’ll take 101 south and visit wine country.

Its been hot and Humid here is south Florida with a lot of rain and wind lately.

Sounds like you’re in for a great trip. When heading back South on 101, you will run through the Redwood forests again. Take a few minutes and stop at some of the tourist traps. They are disappearing like crazy. Fun throwback to a simpler time.

When we were in Eureka, there were large elk feeding right along the shore of the ocean in grassy areas. It was an amazing sight. They are easily agitated so don’t piss them off.

I’d love to!! Caribou!!

But my wife isn’t ready to make such a move…yet.

Yeah today is I think 7 or 8 days now of 100+ Getting old FAST! Only 16 more days till Alaska…hell ya~!

Ah, my old hometown…

Ah, my old hometown…

Ah, my old hometown…

I’m getting homesick…
