Nice try Nick but it would be a hard sell to leave Phoenix in Feb to go to Florida. icon_smile.gif

If I was going to the NACHI Convention from Anchorage, Alaska (which by the way… member Bruce Byars did last year), I’d send out this invitation to all the local REALTORs. They won’t come, but the invitation itself is a strong marketing piece.

Nick,

What a great line up for next year's convention, with Mike Rowan and Gerry Beaumont providing the education it would be worth the trip from Alaska for sure.

You are right, Nick. Any opportunity that we have, locally, to present to real estate professionals the NACHI emphasis on continuing education is a real plus.

Speaking of which, when is the next IQ to be published?

Nick,

I would be willing to take a turn in the tank if the funds were earmarked for charity, and while I'm at it, I'll bet we could make a dent in 3rd world debt if you could convince Mr. Bushart to make the trip to Florida next year and donate a few hours. ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif)
