I have never seen one of these units yet. The entire ac / heating / blower unit was located outside. The compressor was labeled with a Frigidaire label and the heating side with a Nordyne data plate. The whole thing was electric with no disconecct in sight. Can anyone give me a little insite on age of type of system?

The compressor fins were very dirty. The ducts very covered with metal as a protective skin.
I got a 23 degree split on the heating side and a 21 degree split on the cooling side.

It is called a package system. All of the components are outside.
It is a 4 ton unit.
I would say it is either 2000 or 2001. I am not sure on how Frigidaire codes their dates.
The slab that the unit is resting on appears to be below grade.

Are Frigidaire on Nordyne the same? As I stated the compressor had the Frigidarie name plate but I could not find a data plate on it that said Frigidarie. The data plate I did find was on the other side and it was a Nordyne with the model & serial I listed above.
Thanks
