its just a alternative for EPDM roofing. it would work if the metal roof underneath was not poking through it. they should have installed it label side down. Love the 2x6 edging. who ever put the metal roof on a flat pitch needs a bit of training . its not recommended on a roof on a pitch lower then a 2/12.
Hence the need for the “shower pan”, lol. I would have put the shower pan UNDER the metal with a big fat floor drain in the ceiling. What could go wrong?

I missed the part about an overhang. Ops.
It is ASTM D-4068 Standard Specification for Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) Sheeting for Concealed Water-Containment Membrane. Only thing missing is the shower. Don’t be too harsh on the fella.

That’s what I used when I poured mud pans. It’s great stuff. I question its UV tolerance. Yikes!
